River East Center
Location: Downtown Chicago, Illinois (Streeterville)
Client Needs:
River East Center, a modern landmark of downtown Chicago, is a mixed-use project including a hotel, condominium tower, major AMC cinema, parking facilities and retail operations. The Royal Bank of Scotland, who initially funded the project and Mitsui Sumitomo of London and Japan, who insured the project, required real estate consulting services, and numerous appraisals for feasibility, financing and resale of this complex.
